excel help- EZ Pop

Hi there, i need some help with my Excel files for Easy Populate
my supplier every month has products on special..

the problem i have is trying to cross the data over to my spreadsheet to import..

i tried using a formula to lookup the product code then show new price...but im rubbish at excel lol..

basically
Sheet 1:
Prod name|special price|normal price|
test1 |1.99 |3.99 |
Sheet 2:
Prod name|special price|normal price|
test1 | |3.99 |

formula i tried was
=IF(Sheet2!A2=Sheet1!A2,Sheet1!B2)
but i need to change this formula so it will look at cell Sheet2!A2 then look through Sheet1!A2:A899 to match the correct data shown in Sheet2!A2 then show corresponding data in Sheet1!B2

if you get me :S


ANY help is appreciated as i have about 800 lines to work through and this updates monthly..... :|

Easiest to just copy values from one to the other

Buy zencart manager and manage all your products with csv. It's so much easier.

I made a manager for import CSV files in the ZenCart and i will make it public soon .. for how want a this tool PM me ...

iv tried that, but the specials list isn't the same as the full stock list...
ful stock list is 8k
specials is 800, so the list dont match up...so copy & paste means prices are put onto the wrong item :S...if ya get me...
