Layout Changes

Good Morning! I'm hoping someone can PLEASE help me with layout problems. I've posted several posts that have resulted in stylesheet changes that I've attempted to make a dozen times but nothing is working. (think problem is with the download/ make changes/ upload with ftp steps) I am about ready to completely give up....

My primary concerns are with the following links. Problem 1 to my product page - the layout is horrible. Too much blank space. I'd like to move: Add to cart, color, size etc. up closer to product pic. http://www.annetteslingerie.com/inde...ts_id=10100109

Problem 2: I need to put a pic with each subcat title. the subcat titles are lined up across the page, and I'd like to have a sub cat pic with each to give a neater look. http://annetteslingerie.com/index.ph...ex&cPath=10100

Please let me know if you can help. If the answers do involve sytlesheet changes, please try to explain at beginner level.....
