Easy Populate Advanced install problems

I've posted on zencartbilder.com, but i'm not expecting any osrt of timely response over ther.

Opened a "Ticket" at zencartbuildersupport also.
But based on what I've found, there's no support from either.

So I'm looking for some help with installing this on my localhost before attempting to use it on my host's server.

Just to be clear, I deleted the previous (free) version of EASYPOPULATE and started from scratch.

Triple checked the file locations and entered the correct location for the UPLOADS folder.

Renamed the ADMIN folder to match the re-named zencart ADMIN folder.

Renamed the html_public to match the name of root directory (htdocs).

When I select ADMIN>TOOLS>EASY POPULATE I don't get the expected install page/message, instead I get the following:

Strange since the complete path to the actual file is C:\xampp\htdocs\zencart\SOP\easypopulate.php.

I've checked the CACHE folder...no error messages.

Although the instructions relae to uploading via FTP, I simply cut and pasted the files from Easy Populate Advanved files to the cooresponding locations in my local install.

Any other Easy Populate Advance users run into this problem?

How did you fix it?

I have to be honest.....I bought Easy Populate Advanced a year or two ago and had problems and finally had to give up on it because no one supports it. I would like to know who is still paying for the web hosting and collecting the money for this product! At the very least they should say the product comes with no support or stop taking peoples money.

That being said Zen Cart is a great product you should stick with it through the learning curve.
