The Easy Populate - thread

Sorry for the public rant by I don't know who on the team I should direct it to via a PM but...

OMG I'm just about ready to blow my brains out! I have just read so many posts that have nothing to do with my issue.

I appreciate that we have a thread for easy populate but can we maybe make it a bin for itself?

I'm finding that everyone is using the same thread for all of their issues.

The problem is everyone is using "Re:Easy Populate Support" as their heading.

They then put their issue into the body of the post making the ability to search for issues quickly an almost impossible task to do.

I have done a search on thread under "duplicate" to look for what I want - and have found a post similar to what is happening to me.

The issue now is, I don't see any replies to it directly, I have to go through to the next page to find the answer - well sort of.

Although her issue is solved, I can't build onto her question with my own issue thus keeping the item into one post - If I make a post, it will appear on Page 326 and then if someone answers it, it might appear on page 327 or further depending on how many other people also post about their issues.

Is there some way we can put this area into one bin so that we can search for posts easier and keep the answers altogether?

Perhaps start a new bin and lock this one down?
