I can only suggest that you change

this:
.listingProductImage {}

to this:
.listingProductImage {width:160px;padding-top:25%;}

I do not see any other way without changing layout, sorry

to this:

I guess I don't understand what you mean, and since this has nothing to do with the product listing layout may be time to start a new thread.
