Menu error as original colour shows behind when loading

Hi – I have got blue buttons to work for my menu, but when it first loads it shows the original colour of red in the background.

Please refresh/clear cache and you should see this.
Any advice on how I change this to blue?

Database Patch Level: 1.3.8
Linux 2.6.18-194.17.4.el5PAE - server OS

Sorry - cracked it with changing the following colour in the style sheet:


/* Set up the list items */
#pmenu li {float:left; background:#000066;}
#pmenu li.tc {display:table-cell;}
