problems with quickbooks sync

ive been trying unsuccessfully to get this mod to sync tax rates and shipping costs for orders. ive bought the 90days support method from srturners website but it has helped very little as far as getting the taxes setup. from my understanding srturner is using QB2009 and i am using QB2011pro. are there any differences in the 2 versions that would cause his instructions to not work. ive added and removed tax classes to QB to match up with the ZC settings but i just cant get it to work and i have no idea why. ive used the tax code and the description name to try to update the taxes but no matter how many different combinations i try nothing seems to work. anyone have any ideas?

We have not been able to maintain any connection with our Quickbooks Web Connector at all. We have spent countless hours with Tech Support and have found no solution.
Have you been able to generate Sales Receipts from your Sync between your Zen Cart site with QuickBooks Web Connector?
