Need help removing AmEx text for CC checkout

I've searched even using the developers toolkit and cannot for the life of me find the file where I can remove one of the payment options for my CC payment option. I don't take AmEx but it's there for customers to see when they checkout and I don't want to have issues or confusion for customers.

Where do I remove AmEx from my list of accepted credit cards?

I set up Authorize_Aim today and noticed that it was showing in my cart in the "Payment Method" area.

>> Payment Method We accept: Visa MC AmEx Discover
