Apson uploaded items problem! need advice!

Hello everyone,
I use Apsona to upload massive products records but came across odd problem:

I can successfully upload the records;
I can see them in zencart admin after uploading without problem;
But when I click those records to edit, I found all fields are empty.
The weird thing is , products' information like price, description , quantity.....etc all show up without problem on webpage.

I compared two products records, one is created manually via zencart admin, one is with csv file uploaded by Apsona and make screen shots. the one was uploaded with Apsona missing category name even though I have this info in the csv file, and i think this caused the trouble.

Good records created manually with Zencart admin and can be edited:

Records shows up correctly but all info missing in Zencart Admin:

Can anyone teach me how to fix the problem?
