Two different manufacturers lists

Hi guys, I am wondering if there is any known way to implement two manufacturers list.

I am maintaining an online apparel boutique. There are mens and womens clothing and I would like customers to be able to by gender - by brand.

an example is here: karmaloop.com

they have dropdown menus for men and women and it allows you to view only items in the category of that gender.

any ideas?

I'm not really a javascript/php head so I don't know how to create it from scratch - all I normally work on is CSS and design.

What it seems like is that you need to enter your items by gender and link them to other cats where you want them

Hi Kobra, I'm not 100 percent sure about what you mean. Right now I have the main categories as Men, Women, Boys, and Girls, and each of them has different catergories under them (eg shoes, tee's, pants).

But I want a dropdown menu(s) at the bottom for ease of navigation

Dropdown Attribute Filters - a module that might be want you want. It's not free but you will need some custom coding anyway, for what you want to do.
