Default help - lot of errors after moving my store to other folder

Hello! I requested my host to change my primary domain and make this my add-on domain so they have done it and i moved my zencart store files to a new folder

    collectorsdeck

    my site. check links below

    I've followed this article

    http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.p...Change_Folders

but there are still errors. the banner is not properly loading, can't checkout, can't accessed admin url if i am using mysite.com/adminlogin

but if i am using primarydomain.com/myaddondomain/adminlogin/index.php i can login then i i input login details it would send me again to myaddondomain.com/login.php and says 404 not found.

    i am using version 1.3.8a

help would be much appreciated. I am hosted with lunarpages

Your "addon" domain adds another folder to the location paths, but not the http access... But IF the addon is setup correctly you should not have this issue.

In both your config files you need to change all of these:

    '/home/XXX/public_html/collectorsdeck/cache'

    to

    '/home/XXX/public_html/cache');

Then run your code through a Validator to fix some other mistakes. And for images not found, verify the images are in the correct location.

hello! thanks for the reply. I don't think i need to change that because collectorsdeck is an addon domain. I just compared the files to the files of another add-on which is also a zen cart file.

one concern why images are not loading is because https is not working on my site when lunarpages made the changes, I do think they made some errors on it.

I guess i need to wait for their very very slow support.

its just frustrating that my site is useless for hours when they made the changes and untill now there is NO reply.

An SSL issued to collectorsdeck.com will not work, it must be issued to the main domain as a dedicated IP is necessary.

What is in the htaccess in public_html?

    You are correct. My mistake.

one concern why images are not loading is because https is not working on my site when lunarpages made the changes, I do think they made some errors on it.
Then you should disable 'https' by using 'false' instead of 'true'.
