2 sites 1 payment account

Hi there, wondering if someone has come across this before?

I run one shop using 1.3.8a and has been working fine with Nochex and Paypal payment modules. as of a few weeks ago we started up a new store 1.3.9h and are using the same Nochex and Paypal accounts for the new site. Initially things see okay, but we have now found that intermittantly on the original site, people are placing orders and when payment is made via Nochex, they seem to be able to pay fine, but there is no trace of the order in the admin area, and the customer gets no confirmation. Any ideas?

1.3.8a Suggest that you upgrade it...

Maybe not fort this issue but for site security issues
