Template Design and Logo

HELLO!

I HAVE BEEN HAVING THE HARDEST TIME DELETING THE ZENCART LOGO AND THE SALES MESSAGE. AS WELL AS THE CONGRATULATIONS MESSAGE FROM ZENCART. I VIEWED THE HELP SECTION AND I DONT SEE THE LANGUAGE (As in that specific section regarding the logo) IN MY FILES. COULD I HAVE ACCIDENTLY DELETED THEM WHILE EDITING THE COLORS AND SUCH. (IF I DID THE LOGO SHOULD BE GONE RIGHT?)

I deleted the logo.gif in my image files thinking it would delete the logo but it did not. Again I did read the tutorials and dont see the section in my files they mention!!!!!

The tutorials work. If you deleted files at some point, it's likely your site wouldn't be working at all.

You should have includes/languages/ENGLISH/index.php. You might not have includes/languages/ENGLISH/CUSTOM/index.php since that's the file you should be creating. CUSTOM isn't necessarily the name of the folder. It represents the name of your template folder.

Looks like I didnt delete the files I was looking in the wrong folder! Thanks for your help it worked!

I am in the index.php files and still cant seem to find the Congratulations Tag! Am I in the right folder?

Glad you're finding your way. There's a learning curve with Zen Cart, but you sound like you're on your way to being Zenned!
