contact form + uploader + paypal button on one page

hi guys,
I'm trying to build a page which customers can fill in their details, can upload a small picture and then pay the certain amount of money via paypal.

I did a few search, I can use a contact form addon, so fill details and upload part are sorted, but I have no idea that is it possible to add a paypal button before contact form submit button?

Or is there any other way to approach it?

Why use the contact form instead of designing a product to do that?

if i design a product for it, then i can use attribute setting to get the uploader working..

I got everything working. yay~ thx again

but after i uploaded a testing pic, i couldn't find it.
Could someone please tell which folder the file is when you upload using attribute file uploader?
