Banner Manager from Tools giving 500 error

Using 1.39F. After a couple of months in setting up my site I am finally getting around to going back to see what I did poorly and adding some features that I had put aside while working on content.

I wanted to add some banners and when I went to Tools Banner Manager I got a ( 500 Internal Server Error) message. I have combed the threads and don't see a possible answer. I am thinking that it has something to do with the override system. If anyone has experienced or heard of this I would appreciate any help I can get. If I can at least get the problem surrounded I can probably figure it out, I hope.

Love Zencart so far and can't wait to start getting some traffic when we officially go live.
