Fresh install, can't customize anything from Admin

Hey all...

After using OsC for the last several years, I wound up having some issues and decided to start clean with my store. I wiped my old files, and did a clean install of Zen Cart using: v1.3.9h. Everything went well until I accessed the Admin panel. I can work through all the menus, add and remove modules, but I cannot cusomize anything. I can't even add my zipcode...it will let me go into the edit function, add the info into the text field, but when I hit update, it kicks me back to the main Admin panel again.

I'm at a total loss..lol. This looks to be a very solid cart, and the customer interface works flawlessly...I just can't make any changes from the admin side.......

Those are symptoms common to a bug that existed in v1.3.9g, which was fixed in v1.3.9h.
Are you sure of which version you installed? Did you install it via FTP or did you use some sort of prepackaged 1-click install from your hosting company?

Nope...I FTP'd it, with Filezilla. I actually wiped and re-installed again and got the same results. Version is definately v1.3.9h, not really sure what else to do at this point.

Are you using SSL with your admin? What if you set that to false temporarily?

That was my first thought as well, I double checked my ssl routing, set both permissions to false, and no change. I'm sure it's not helping that I'm stuck using Yahoo as my host, and they use a pretty messed up SSL system. I have a feeling it has something to do with that, but I need to dig a little deeper...
