optional checkout upcharges - Mod available?

I am using v1.3.9h.

I want to offer a couple of upcharges during checkout.

I want to offer to have the order gift wrapped for a small fee, and I also want to offer to have the order packaged in a gift basket for a bit more.

I can't add this attribute to every product, because I'm not charging the fee on a per item basis, but on a per order basis.

Is there any way in the admin config or through a mod that I can achieve adding these optional order upcharges to the checkout process?

Thanks for connecting me to that mod.

It did what I wanted, the only shortcoming was that I wanted to offer two separate gift wrapping options, and this mod only offers a single gift wrapping option.

I decided to just offer a gift basket, instead of offering gift wrapping or a gift basket.

Better than nothing!
