Remove or bypass the "Create Account Success” page

Hi

I'm trying to decrease the amount of steps in the checkout process and am wondering if its possible to bypass the "Create Account Success” page and take the customer directly to the "Shipping
Information" step?

Are you sure you want to do this, how will you know the address to send the product too??? I understand if your site is all digital downloads it makes since...

Thanks I'll take a look at that thread.

What I'm looking for is for the following example...

a guest is browsing the shop and sees something they want to buy so they click "add to cart" then click "checkout" to purchase the item.
This brings them to the page where they can log in if an existing customer or sign up if a new customer.

a new customer would then be shown the "Create an Account " page where they enter their full details and click submit.

At this point i want them to be directed to the "Shipping
Information" page directly instead of the page telling them that they have successfully created an account.

If somebody just wants to sign up when they dont have something in their cart then i dont mind the "Create Account Success” page showing up.

Your welcome, just remember to take good notes on your changes to your site.. I create a subfolder with a .txt file to note my changes on my site for future reference ...
