    Default IE8 Firefox issue

    http://glimmerdog.com/index.php
Yesterday this looked fine in IE8. Today, the log in is behind the search and the 2 links for F and T are lower. Im not sure I even changed anything. However, it still looks good in Firefox. It is a Template Monster template which I have a feeling will be of issue. But it was just fine in both. Any ideas? Thanks.

I use this mod and it works well. Copy the file included to the proper place and you can have IE6 or 7-specific stylesheets. Naming convention is in the readme.

I do not use or recommend MT but I have same type of issues and I have to do .css specific stylesheets to make look right in IE

    Hope this helps!

Does it matter that I am using 1.3.9? Will this add another stylesheet of change the one I have now? Thanks.

    I also use 1.3.9 now,

what I did was, copied my stylesheet.css file and renamed it to ie_stylsheet.css

and made changes accordingly to reflect they way things displayed in the IE browser

so all browsers will read your stylesheet.css but when a visitor is using IE it will read the ie_stylsheet.css file and display correctly.

This is what I do, just a suggestion, someone may have a better solution.

What did you do for this:
"To use create a new javascript file with iejscript appended."

I am not sure, I don't use it but I think you could use it to call ie_specific javascript files in the same way as you do ie_specific css files.

The iejscript appended just means to direct the browser to the ie specific javascript file you would put iejscript_ in front of the file name
