Hi All,
I'm using 1.3.9h. I will try my best to explain the issue.
Ive installed my store at the root. http://www.mydomain.com
which is also my homepage.
But after i click lets say, new products, it will go to http://mydomain.com/index.php?main_page=products_new
rather than
http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?ma...e=products_new
this happens to all links..more information..featured...everything..
why is it so? and how can i rectify this? Appreciate if someone could help.

Have a look at both of your configure.php files
See if you have the www in your domain entryZen-Venom Get Bitten
