need help from the zenners out there!! we recently landed in a huge issue on our site. we recently added:

UPS XML Rates v1.3.1 for Zen Cart 1.3.8 which was updated for 1.3.9h by Joe himself.

and version 1.4 of define_pages_shopping_cart_1-4

after installing these modules we had this issue occur:
"WHOOPS! SORRY, BUT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PERFORM THE ACTION REQUESTED.
You are still logged in to your account and may continue shopping. Please choose a destination from a menu."

This only happens when a user is not logged in, and the used attempts to buy a product then signs in and tries to click checkout.

if you do not have a product and log into your account and then add a product to your cart you are fine, no error message.

Please help!!!!
