Text Attribute not showing up in cart

Hi! I've searched for hours and couldn't find exactly what I'm searching for.

Ok... I have an attribute called "Name" set to text box. The attribute shows up on product page, you can type the text in the text box, but when you add to cart only "Name-" shows up and the customer's text is not there. It does show up later in checkout when confirming the order, also in order emails (I tested). I want it to show up in the cart so the customer knows it's there.

This is not how a stock install behaves

Try switching to the classic template and see if it displays correctly

No, I haven't, is that in the templates directory and I have to move it to my template directory? Thanks

If you have a custom copy of a relevant file in /includes/templates/your_template/templates/ or /includes/modules/your_template/, it might be the cause of your problem. If not, there is something else going on.

Relevant files for this case might be /includes/modules/attributes.php, or /includes/classes/shopping_cart.php (check if the date on this file is newer (in cPanel) than the rest of the files).
