htmlspecialchars() expects at most 3 parameters, 4 given

Hello,
Just noticed when i click on EDIT tab for any order it show this error:

Warning: htmlspecialchars() expects at most 3 parameters, 4 given in /home/content/j/e/w/jewelsexports/html/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 39

Please help me how to fix this

What version of Zen Cart do you have? What PHP version is your server running? Has the edit function worked before? What customizations do you have?

htmlspecialchars — Convert special characters to HTML entities
