Anyone have an idea of what/how to query (i.e. via phpMyAdmin) in order to generate a report that shows which customers purchased a specific product?

You could look at the Report in the Zen Cart Admin for:
/your_secret_admin//stats_products_purchased.php
and see how when you click on a specific products_id it shows all of the Customers who purchased the Product ...

Thanks for the reply. Perhaps I am having issues with this because I am still running 1.3.0.1
When I go to Reports > Products Purchased, I see the list of products, but when I click, it takes me into the catalog. All of the links are like
Short of upgrading (which I just can't do right now, but intend to soon), do you have any other suggestions? Is there a way I can run a query with phpMyAdmin? Install just the current script for stats_products_purchased.php?PHP Code:/admin/categories.php?cPath=12&pID=33&page=

You might download Zen Cart v1.3.9h and see if that version of the report will work on your site ...
If so, it would give you an idea of how this can be done ...

In the Products Purchased report, I have products which have NOT been purchased ... The ID links shows no customers so how to I remove them from the list?
