Customization of Reviews Feature

I am tossing around the best way to proceed with product reviews - which I will be spending a lot of time on getting for my store since I believe they can make or break a sale....

I have powerreviewsexpress installed right now - I am in trial period.....and of course i like it.....

...but then I saw this site and am in love - it is exactly what I think I need...(spaces removed from url to not direct link)

I LOVE that they can shop by category and by review.....this I think is perfect for my store.....

How complicated would it be to emulate this within the zen code?!?!?! Is it even possible or would it be too much of an overhaul?

Just trying to see if it is even worth it to consider it....

Ok so they are using BazaarVoice.....still wonder if this can be done on a lesser scale somehow.....time to play with the code...if anyone has thoughts or accomplished something stronger in the reviews please do share!!!!
