Cannot access zencart admin

Hi guys, need help here. I was trying to change the timezone in my store and I accidentally saved it as "+" instead of "+8". Now I can't enter my zencart admin and all I see is this error message.

"1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '), '0', 'login.php ', '', '220.255.2.138')' at line 1
in:
[insert into zen_admin_activity_log (access_date, admin_id, page_accessed, page_parameters, ip_address) values (date_add(now(), INTERVAL + HOUR), '0', 'login.php ', '', '220.255.2.138')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields."

How do I undo this error? Without zencart admin, my store will be suffering badly in terms of reputation. Hope some kind soul can offer some advice asap.

I wish I could help you with your problem...but, you might be able to help me? I need to edit my site and I can't remember how to get to the site where I can edit my settings. I put my page up a year ago for show basically and have not had any orders. Could you please help me? I asked for help in forums but nobody has replied.

in a web browser type http://www.yoursite.com/whatever_you..._admin_folder/ will take you to the admin login page

omgosh... I feel so stupid. The whatever didn't make sense to me.
I understand it to be...

If this were my company name would this be correct? Please be patient. I read threw FAQ and couldn't find out this info.

clear your cache for starters.
looks like mySQL is asking you to use phpmyadmin to access the ' admin_activity_log ' table and look for the last log entry and edit the fields as it says above "INTERVAL + HOUR), '0',"to correct the time
