Facebook...yeah another question

So I finally broke down and created a profile on Facebook...cuz all the hip cats are doing it and Facebook spits out some "stuff"

Whats the difference......or....which one should I use?
It's supposed to be for a "Like" button.....whatever the hell that is?

I've got both copied and breathlessly await a reply telling me where to stick it.....the code/file/gizmo/whateverthehellitis that is.

I looked at the Free add-on's and frankly I'm evem more confused. Searched for FACEBOOK and get Aberdeen Neutral. WTH is that?!?!?

Alysa Rounded?!? I don't know anyone named Alysa...rounded or otherwise.

I just wanna be somewhat "With it" and put the little LIKE widget/thingamabob on my site.
