Import xml file of products

Hi there,

I am using zencart 1.3.9h and would like to know if I can do the following.

I have access via ftp to a file called products.xml categories.xml and productstocategories.xml. I would like to know if there is a way that I can add these files in to my zencart shop so that I dont have to manually add these products one by one as this could take a lot of time.

If I cant do this automatically is there a way of import these files and add them?

'PHPmyadmin' allows for exporting as .xml. file type. for importing .xml file types. --> read about this http://www.cloveretl.com

Recomend -->Navicat as it handles imports of .xml type files that you speak of. and much much more and has a simple windows user interface. its worth the investment . it will make life so much easier for you.
