That is what the Per Unit perweightunit shipping module is designed for ...
You can enter the shipping cost per Product per quantity in the Product Weight and that will be used for the shipping price ...
NOTE: be sure to set the Maximum Weight to 5000 and the Tare Rates to 0:0 so they do not alter the shipping cost ...
