it's getting there... but I still need help

my site is www.secondnatureaquariums.com.au/zencart.

A few things here:
1. Remove the search bar and the whole strip that its on from the top of the page
2. Change the colour of the info side box links (i've been over that CSS file dozens of times now...)
3. Switch the "welcome, guest" message with the navigation bar (Home, Livestock, Products, etc). So nav bar directly under the header.
4. Apply the nav bar to every single page I create, past and future.

First things first. One way to remove the top bar (navMain) would be to add display:none; to #navMainWrapper in the stylesheet, but you've changed the code such that the whole site is inside #navMainWrapper. I'd suggest fixing that first.

ok I used Firebug and I see what you mean about the navMainWrapper. I altered that code yesterday to try and provide independant control to this object. I have restored it to where it was and navMainWrapper now appears underneath headerWrapper but before navMain.
I tried the display:none thing with #navMainWrapper but it removes everything no matter where I put it. I played around a bit using navMainWrapper ul and got it to remove the information box. What does the ul bit specify?
How do I place the display:none properly.

hey did a new stylesheet and no luck. Removed custom tpl_header.php and hey presto. I don't know what I did but I wish i knew so I could have learned something
