Look in the Modules ... Order Total ... and see if the Gift Certificate ot_gv is installed ...

Try to do a REMOVE and then a INSTALL ... does this correct the problem?

Go to your Modules ... Order Totals ... and click on the Gift Certificates ot_gv ... then click on REMOVE ... then click on INSTALL ...
