payment module redirect to to a special url

Need a payment module which is at the end of the order did redirect to a special URL where you want to specify the price and order number.
For example www.site.com/price=500,00&invoice=12345
Assuring the last step of the order, the order must be completed and then forwarded to this URL.

Try to describe in more detail.
Normal purchase through the store (ZC 1.3.9) in step payment option need to add another payment module, in selecting which at the last step "Order Confirmation" after pressing the confirm order should be sent to the database and saved.
The client should be redirected to another URL (for credit through a bank), and in the URL should be integrated into the overall price of the order and the order number as I pointed out in the first post.

It is going to take one of the developers or other professional to advise on this, as it will involve security/safety considerations beyond just the mechanics of redirecting to a URL.
