Problem – International Shipping get USPS shipping weight 5 digit error message.
I was getting this error when various quantity of EZorb Capsules are entered.

11 bottle = Error
12 bottle = OK
I did not check if I would get errors with the other 2 products with same scenario as above but from what I discovered I would get errors with some quantity.
I attempted to change the weight from 0.45# up to 0.525# which only change the error to appear on a different number of bottles. This did not produce error free from 1 to 12 bottles so change weight back to 0.45#.
Next I started changing the % side of Tare weight and found similar results as above. Increasing or decreasing this % number would produce the error occurring on different number of bottle entered. I set the number back to 13%.
Next I started changing the pound side with similar results.
Next I set the 13% to 0% and found no errors occurred. I varied the pound side from 0.26 pounds to 0.35 pounds with no errors. Then I entered 1% with 0.35 pounds and the errors were produced. Deleted the 1% and no errors occurred. Since most of my orders are 6 or less bottles I found 0.35# works the best without causing excessive weight on number of bottles bumping up to next weight cost. It would be nice if could use %side and pound side to be able to compensate extra tare as number of bottles increase.
Maybe this will help you find what is causing the problem.
