Missing Config section for Payment

Hi all, I got a serious problem and don't know what files to edit or add. The problem is:

For both Shipping and Order Total I have the means to edit the different options - BUT for Payment these options has disappeared completely (See Attachment as well). This is a brand new 1.3.9h install and all files were copied, but I used the Softacoulus from my Cpanel to do it (latest version though). So I guess my question would be, which files to try copy again?

Problem Solved - Kind of.. I installed the Netaxept_bbs module prior to this, so when I renamed the file netaxept_bbs.php (in effect disabling by renaming it to: netaxept_bbs.php.DEL) from /includes/modules/payment - the options to Configure the Payment modules came back. Indicating of course that there may be a problem with this module for 1.3.9h.

I have this problem but I don't understand how you fixed it. I have English & Japanese language installed, the payment module is fine in Japanese but English is missing the options and some payment methods.

I found the problem is duplication of php files in the modules folder and language/modules folder.

I copied the module from store/modules/file into store/modules/includes/language/english/modules/file in error. They are different in content.

You are right - this was also the problem for me - same module/file duplicated in two different directories will cause problems.
