I am thinking about swappping my payment method to Paypal Express. My question is on the set up options it asks if:Express Checkout: Require Confirmed Address
Do you want to require that your customers use a *confirmed* address when choosing their shipping address in PayPal?

Does this mean that if a customer does not have an existing Paypal account then they will of course not have a confirmed address so the transaction will not go through
Its all very confusing and I dont want to loose sales or again have transactions go through where I have no seller protection because of the confirmed address issue.
