Unwanted Text on Checkout Pages

Hello,
I am having two issues. The first is with some unwanted text being displayed in the checkout area. This text says "Welcome to BlingTheme." and it is on the top of all the pages in the checkout. I downloaded this theme for free and this blingtheme company already put their name on the bottom of all the pages on the rest of the store, and im fine with that. Its just that this "Welcome to BlingTheme." text looks stupid on the checkout pages so i want to get rid of it.

Im guessing that i have to edit some php page (which im not all that familiar with) but if someone could tell me which page i need to edit that would be a great start. Seems like there is so many files, that im not sure which one to edit.

Second issue: I have paypal setup along with a few other payment options. But on the payment selection screen i dont think that its very obvious that people looking to pay with a credit card need to choose paypal. I was wondering how i could add some text in the area where you choose the payment type letting them know, that to use a credit card, they need to pick paypal.

Any help on either of these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The checkout area consists of several pages

Use the developers too kit to locate files with that text
Or if they have coded it as a variable you will need to first determine the variable and search for it also
