Hi There, I know it has been a few months since you asked, but if you are still interested, I have adapted a sidebar for Zen Cart. Probably not the best solution, but it does get the ball rolling.

You can download the file at cfisupply.com/addons/social_sidebar.zip and I will also submit it to the add-on section here to. You can search for social networking sidebar, but I don't know if/when it will be listed.
