Product pricing by length and width

Hello,

We have products such as shutters, blinds, etc. The pricing of these products is by dimension such as if customer selects length of 8.125 inches and width of 16.5 inches, then the price is looked up and displayed in the shopping cart.

How can we achieve this?

It would be done with attributes

yes. i have created two attributes. length and width. so when customer selects a combination of length and width, how would the price would change.

i don't want to put the combination of length and width in one attribute, since it will be a very long list.

Can't do it with 2 as you have because you then need the selection of one dependent upon the other to determine price
And there is no facility for dependent attributes
