I've installed localy my zen cart 3.9h version and been working fine tuning my own template and mostly editting CSS and customizing images.

I've been already creating my products, categories, etc but before I went on creating everything ther, I wanted to make all the visual changes I wanted for my store, so I started editing images and CSS file.

Finaly I wanted to start trying to define lay-outs through the admin area but I got this imense weird block of signs and "Fatal error: Call to undefined function: zen_href_link() in C:\server\xampp\xampp\htdocs\store\mystore\login.php on line 65" and am unable to get in admin area.
I'm not very used to work with PHP so I try no to touch it unless I am certain of what I need to do or change.
So I'm now stuck with this and really appreciate any help you could give to a "amateur" in these matters.
