install zen 1.3 database does not exist???

my problem is i cant get access to database as i cant install

Database does not exist
Access denied for user 'dbo362302534'@'%' to database 'zencart'

have tried to manually add the info into config files

define('DB_PREFIX', 'zen_');
define('DB_SERVER', 'db2883.perfora.net');
define('DB_SERVER_USERNAME', 'HIDDEN');
define('DB_SERVER_PASSWORD', 'HIDDEN');

but no go

That will not work...
You must supply the CORRECT details during the setup

If not being accepted - you go not have the correct details
