Trying to understand shipping

Greetings,

This is the first time I've installed a Zen cart install and I've been able to set everything up except one last thing: shipping. I've got what may be a slightly complex shipping approach, so I'm trying to see what's possible.

Here's the basic shipping configuration I'm trying to accomplish:

-- 1 item: $5.95 shipping cost

-- quantity of 2 to 12 items: $14.95 shipping cost: this is a quantity range of 2 to up to 12 items. For example, if I have 2 products, I pay $14.95. If I have 12 products on checkout, again I pay $14.95 for all these products.

-- quantity of 13 to 17 items: $19.95 shipping cost for all these products.

Some products have their own specific shipping cost.

For example, we have one product that has a shipping cost of $19.95.

Guess I'm not sure how to modify shipping costs for some items while other items are based on quantity.
