Strange Issue - Shopping Cart Appears In Wrong Position, Truncates Product List

I have a bug that is rather strange. When I am browsing my store in a certain section, the shopping cart on the side (if it has contents) randomly appears at the bottom of the product listing. Then, 16 products that I can see in my admin section are missing from the product listing.

I am using Zen Cart 1.3.8a.

Here is an example of what the listing SHOULD look like:

It could be possible that you've been hacked, in which case you need to clean up the site and upgrade.

Or you've got some HTML somewhere breaking your templates.

Hacked, really? I it just seems that there are a few products that cause the page to display incorrectly. When I remove those products, the page goes back to the way it should look. I should also mention that I am using Store Manager for Zen Cart, a piece of software from MagneticOne.

I can go through and remove then re add those products and it should display just fine... but of course I was looking for an easier fix. :)

Okay, I solved the issue. I don't believe we were hacked. I finally figured out that a bunch of weird Microsoft Word XML code was hiding in the description of these problematic products. Maybe someone that works for us used Word to create the product description?? Haha. Strange!

Depending on what html editor you are using in Zencart, i think some of them have the option to de-crapify pasted from microsoft, if your editor supports it there will be a button with the old word logo on it.

I'm using ZC 1.5.1 and I'm considering Magneticone (or emagicone) store manager. I'm getting mixed messages if this software works well or if it's kind of half baked. As a user, what do you think of it after using it for some time now? I would also like to use their Quickbooks addon if it works nicely.
