The web site I'm building out has some unique shipping restrictions.
1. US Only - easy to do using zones
2. Not Alaska, DC and Hawaii - again easy to do using zones
3. Not to certain cities (New York and Chicago) - not sure how to do this part. Anyclues
4. Not to PO Box - again, not sure how to do this part. Looking at the Ban PO Box right now for this.

I'd appreciate any ideas on how to accomplish this.
