adding a supplier

i'm using php version 5.2.9
zen cart 1.3.8
adding a supplier seems like a very hard task
I mean a supplier other than the 3 that come built in to the system on hostmylingeriesite.com their support staff has already told me that they cant help me with that . based on the article
that they have setup in the support area on the subject i know that it would take me too long to do it . i was hoping that i could contact support at zen cart as one last effort to try to come up with a quicker way to get this done is there a fee that i could pay
and get it over with & move on...so i can open my store.
