Help monster template color change using PSD Source File

I have installed zen cart to www.mmperformancellc.com/catalog

I used a drupal tutorial on monster template using PS to make a color change,and changed a few other things

I understand to install a template in zencart you ftp the "themes" folder into your /includes/templates and update the sql file for the sidebars. But I do not know what to do with this edited PSD file which was in the "source folder." What needs to be done?

I searched and have been seeing different solutions and ##I am getting confused. ##Do I need to edit CSS files instead? ##Do I need to change individual images in the "theme" folder? ##Here are the links I found

Yes, to change how your site looks you will need to export images from your PSD file and change the css to use your new images and colors. Your site will not understand your PSD.

Probably the best people to help you with this though, would be Template Monster since they contructed the PSD and wrote the site, so would be in a better position than us to tell you which images and css you need to change.
