I was hoping that upgrading to 1.3.9h would cure the incorrect shipping calculation problems that I was seeing. My overseas shipments are showing outrageous shipping charges, sometimes 2 or 3 X the actual costs. This seems to be a relatively recent problem, beginning a month or two before the most recent upgrades.

I've checked the shipping modules and product weights. No problems seen.

Anyone know why this is happening? I've seen a precipitous drop in overseas sales along with this problem!!
