COD $100 order deposit?

I am making a website for a hire company, all orders exceed $500. We would like 2 payment options
1. PayNow PayPal
2. COD with $100 deposit (off order total)
Somehow I need to make COD payment option charge $100 and not whole order total cost, and not $0.
Any ideas?

thank you so much for the idea. clearly a manual process of credit card is a good idea for this. and even paypal allows this now. I will ask him if he has a way to process credit cards, then setup ssl on the site. Thank you.

looks like the module may take off the $100 deposit as soon as they checkout which is good for a receipt and total due; and exactly what we wanted.

p.s.
module did not do what I wanted. did not have an exact editable deposit amount. So will just edited the CC module title to say $100 despot, and the Paypal Title to Say Payment in full. Also could clone the credit card module having one as Payment in full and the other as $100 despot.

should have made it with % order amount but it only does fix amount deposits
