Default passing ship to addres to Paypal

I use paypal's "print shipping Label" option to pay for and print my usps postage.
Unfortunately the shipping address is never prepopulated and i have to enter name and address for EVERY order.

Is there a way to pass this detail to paypal via the api with some sort of configuration change?

I don't use express checkout, just standard paypal IPN method. Would switching to express get the shipping detail passed?

Don't know what they require for that service

And do not see a 3rd party module for it

The express option DOES pass the shipping address (actually, i think that they just enter will on paypal's site completing the payment.)

So that has fixed my original issue. Now i have a new issue. Customers are saying that they go thru with the payment but i don't see it, and they aren't able to find it in their paypal history either. I'll search the forum cause i'm sure i'm not the first to experience this one.....

Fully a reason why you should be testing this and not waiting for a customer to be reporting it to you

Is there a link or knowledge base where I can get learned on how to test? The Ui for the admin console isn't exactly intuitive.
Today was full of emails from paypal express payment errors. Turning that payment module off for now but I would appreciate learning how to properly test it before sending it out to production.

All you need is another PP account for testing, one that is not associated with your store

Then jyst place an order to see that is processes correctly. You can refund it later.
