Shipping Address does not appear

Shipping address does not appear when customer gets to checkout page, just Billing address. When the customer clicks change address, there is no option for Shipping address.

I'm using 1.3.9d (which is what my web host supports).

Are your products marked as virtual?
How many address book entries are allowed? Found under Admin -> Configuration -> Maximum Values

They have five addresses by default. Also the products are not virtual. Those are good ideas though. So do you have shipping address and well as billing address for your customers?

I don't have any ideas left, sorry.

You might wanna try this:
create a full backup
install and use fast and easy checkout
see if it's ok now, if not simply restore your backup

Sorry I don't have a better solution...
