If your intention is to "only" sell to customers that reside in Denmark, then you should setup a zone with only Denmark in it and add that to your shipping module setup in the admin as the zoneI made my shop so that the only contry in the list is Denmark.
In that way any address that is not in Denmark will error upon checkout
